Uneventful

We all had an uneventful day today. So much so that I am pretty sure I can wrap the whole days events up in 1 paragraph. The 2 boys and I started our day very early. Once the sun came up and the rest of the world woke up, the 3 of us went food shopping while daddy cleaned and washed. Everything went well shopping. The usual demands from 2 small boys needing to open and eat everything that I put in the trolley was consistent with every other shopping experience. Nothing out of the ordinary. Bailey fell asleep in the car on our return home while Brandon wanted to watch some TV. Before we all  knew it it was 3:15pm and we decided to go in to the shops to get a few things. As the shops closed in 45 minutes daddy and I divided and conquered. I took Bailey while daddy took Brandon. Bailey and I went to get some fruit  and try and find a property magazine at the newsagent while daddy and Brandon went into BIG W to get a printer cartridge, a Percy train (one of Thomas The Tank Engine's friend), and bulk nappy wipes. I came back with everything except the mag, but then I had ducked into the travel agent and picked up a Queensland Island brochure. Daddy returned with everything except the printer cartridge. Apparently it has been discontinued. Makes things a bit more challenging. Ventured home, cooked dinner for the boys and cooked a separate dinner for daddy and myself for latter on so that we could enjoy it completely uninterrupted. Brandon went to sleep almost straight away. Bailey however, is still awake and it's 8:30pm.  Hopefully he will head off to sleep soon. Tomorrow I promise boys we will have a bit more of an adventure.
