Worm Farms and Composts
I wonder who will read any of this. It might just be me or it may be grandparents to my beautiful boys- Brandon and Bailey. So here goes. I plan to write here every day for the next year on everything my 2 boys and I do. I can't promise it might be particularly interesting every day but then again it could be the most fascinating account of 3 peoples lives.
Today we were hoping to pick up photos that the boys had taken yesterday of them holding a real live crocodile. However, we have to wait to tomorrow as they weren't ready yet.
Then we headed off to Bunnings. Now I quite like Bunnings. Infact it's the second time in 2 days that we have been there. Yesterday we went for Art and Craft but today our plan was to attend the worm farm and composting DIY presentation. We discovered that Bunnings sell live worms. Infact you can buy 2000 of them for $95.00. What a great discovery for 2 little boys who love vegie gardens and mud.
On our way home from our morning adventures I quizzed the boys as to whether anyone might have a sleep. After realising it was a pretty silly question, we came home, changed a nappy, coaxed a boy to go to the toilet, refuelled and off we went again.
Went to the airport to meet my wonderful hubbie who had just flown back from a cold Canberra. Always so good to see him. Of course with 2 excited kids (hadn't seen their daddy for 2 days) who hadn't slept, the afternoon was very crazy. Now I have kids that love to be outside and running. Not just occassionaly, but all the time. Which I find quite funny and ironic considering that both boys were born 2 weeks overdue. They were in no rush to go anywhere. Anyway, due to the rain and my exhaustion I wasn't really in the mood for mud so we just ran and wrestled around the house.
That's our day-my 2 boys and I. Sleep well.
