I Just Ran Out Of Time

Today I just ran out of time which is why I am writing this on Friday instead of Thursday night. I was still mopping the floors at midnight last night in preparation of Nanny A arriving early this morning.The 2 boys and I headed off to the petrol station first up before embarking upon Karate lessons. Brandon was outstanding at karate. He practiced his rolling and then learnt to jump straight back up ready for more action if needed. He ran and punched and kicked and punched really fast and strongly if someone was to grab him from behind and drag him into a car or the like. Invaluable.

From Karate we all came home to change Brandon into some normal day clothes. By now it was very hot and I thought we might just stay home and potter around. But we re fulled with some nice cool food and then went off to the shops. We bought some fruit and makeup and checked the Po Box. Not terribly exciting but at least it was cool.

The 2 boys and I headed home at which point both boys fell asleep. They slept for 3 hours each. While that was great because I got so much done, I knew it would backfire on me at night-time when no-one would sleep. It did.  But while I was enjoying it during the day I got so much done. It was fantastic.  Both boys eventually woke  up and we went and jumped on the trampoline. I went off to work while daddy jumped and laughed with the boys.

As expected the boys didn't sleep. In fact they were still up eating with us at 9:30pm. Joy to us. I just needed a bit more time today. Hopefully tomorrow there will be more than 24 hours in the day!
