This Will Be Quick.

It's just taken me 35 minutes to get internet connection with my laptop so I'll be quick. I think everything is getting washed away with all this torrential rain. Daddy and I haven't had the chance to spray our lawn bugs. I'm hoping that they can't swim and that they may have decided they should just dig a hole and go somewhere else. Wishful thinking.

We all have cabin fever at the moment as I am sure that most of Queensland does. It just will not stop raining. Fingers crossed that it does tomorrow. So we all spent the morning doing bits and pieces. Daddy folded washing, I continued to design my website, Brandon watched some cartoons and Bailey just travelled between the 3 of us on his ride on Thomas The Tank Engine toy. Eventually we organised ourselves to get dressed in our day clothes and venture out to do a few chores. We went off to Kmart and as we got out of the ute in the carpark it stopped raining. So I didn't take the unbrellas. Silly silly. We bought heaps of clothes for the boys especially for little Brandon as he is off to kindergarten in about a week and a half so we thought we should get him some clothes that he can manage on his own- ie- shorts and toilets. We purchased lots of other things that somehow just managed to mysteriously find their way into the trolley. Our jobs complete we then went to the food court and daddy and I assessed whether we should have lunch here. We had $20.00 cash and we managed to feed 4 of us lunch. Well done to us.

On our way out of the shopping centre we admired a great  furniture shop that we always enjoy looking at.. We longingly walkked past and I commented on a large buddah stature. I admire it every single time we pass. Daddy must have seen my yearning so he said just to get it. So we did. And we proceeded to walk back to the car of where we encountered torrential rain. We waited thinking that it may subside but the torrential rain got even more torrential, if that's possible. So we ran and got soaked. But we laughed about it in the car as we dried ourselves with a baby wrap that just happened to be in daddy's ute. Homeward bound we went and the afternoon was spent just hanging out and listening to the rain on the roof. So as I'm not really being very quick I will rap this up. The 2 boys took quite some time to go to sleep as they were abit excited about their new pyjamas. They are so very gorgeous  and lovely boys. We asked  Brandon what he would do with the money we are going to give him for doing some chores. While he was thinking about his answer I said he could buy a house. Daddy said that he could buy a unit or even a car. And Brandon's response- He would buy some Thomas things for Bailey because he knows how much Bailey loves Thomas the train.. It melted our hearts. The 2 boys are such great friends. I hope that they always will be.
